Do I need a referral?
Nope — you can book directly. If it turns out you need ACC coverage or something more specific, we’ll talk through it together in your first session.
What’s different about your physio approach?
I take the time to understand the full story — not just where it hurts. Every session is hands-on, thorough, and tailored to what you need, not what a textbook says.
How long are your sessions?
Initial sessions are 60 minutes so we can dig deep and figure out what’s going on. Follow-ups are usually 40 minutes, but I always make sure you get the time you need.
Do you only work with men?
Not at all. While I do a lot of mentoring and physio with men aged 19–35, I work with women, children, and older adults too. If we’re a good fit, I’m happy to help.
What happens in the first physio session?
We’ll go through your injury or concern in detail — how it started, what’s going on now, and what’s holding you back. I’ll assess your movement and strength, provide treatment, and give you a plan you can understand and actually use.
Can I just book a one-off appointment?
Absolutely. Whether you’re looking for a full recovery plan or just need some advice or a one-off treatment, we can tailor it to what works for you.
Can I work with you for mentoring even if I’m not injured?
Yes — mentoring is a big part of what I do. Whether it’s personal growth, navigating change, or making sense of where you’re at, I offer tailored one-on-one support to help you move forward. (This offering is coming soon — join the waitlist to stay in the loop.)
