I’ve gone from a small start-up to leading a national team, and I know how challenging and rewarding it can be. Through Catalyst, I offer mentoring for allied health professionals who want honest, practical support. No jargon, no fluff, just real help from someone who’s been in the trenches.

How It Works
We start with a full discovery session and a deep dive into your business. From there, we’ll set goals and decide on a structure that suits you best.
You can choose from:
A structured 6-month program
Ongoing monthly support with weekly check-ins
One-off strategy sessions for specific needs

My Background
I’m not a business coach by trade, I’m a clinician and leader who’s built, grown, and managed real clinics. I’ve been a regional manager for a national provider overseeing over 35 staff, and I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Auckland.
This mentoring is grounded in lived experience, not theory.
